12-01-2025Let me tell you about John. So John is the employee who attended me when I came to fill my storage unit and he was AMAZING, give that man a promotion! I even forgot my keys for the unit and he was able to break the lock and give me a new one within 30min of closing time. Hes an absolute angel and provided great service. 10/5 stars if I could

11-23-2025Im a veteran and this place has been so great to me. I have enjoyed storing my items here for many months. I have gotten monthly emails confirming all my payments as well as texts. I was always notified of anything going on with regards to access. All the team members have been outstanding and respectful. John is a great person that took care of me.

11-22-2025Acceptable rates and clean facility. Had some issues at the beginning when they kept increasing the rates dramatically every couple of months, but once they stopped doing that, everything was fine. Just keep an eye out for dramatic rate hikes in the beginning - I think they do this after you move in and then back off once you reach a certain point. I was able to negotiate with them on the increase however. Overall, solid facility, just pay attention to the charges. Also, John who helped with my move-out was great!
