08-25-2024David was very helpful and made my Unit cancellation a breeze. By the time I went to retrieve my lock from the unit and returned to the office he had everything handled and I was on my way. Would definitely return to this location for future storage needs.

Was also impressed with David who was kind and professional, as well as attentive when I broke a security rule(he was nice, straightforward, and gave good reasoning). The move-out process was painless. If we ever need a storage unit again we'll come right back to this Beaverton location.
