09-01-2024The associate that assisted me was very helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and concerns. I felt this was the best storage company to go with in my area. It felt more secure and the company was concerned about it's customers and their belongings. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

09-01-2024These guys are amazing.......I was having issues with my debit card and Christine helped me resolve the issue, it was my bank that was having issues.......I spent 45 minutes on the phone with my bank until both Christine and the other lady helped me mention to my bank that my bank was the one at fault. I will be switching banks very soon after this ordeal because this isn't the 1st time I've had to deal with my bank like this......THANK YOU BOTH SOO VERY MUCH FOR HELPING ME OUT WITH THIS........YOU GUYS ARE A GOD SENT?????? 08-30-2024I have had the most professional and best experience with this extra space site I have moved from out of state to California and needed somewhere to store my belongings before I move in to my home I am very satisfied about my things being in this location Shelley Yates is absolutely amazing and I feel safe knowing my belongings are stored in her facility and care thank you Shelley and extra space for ur service
