09-03-2026I went to this storage facility on marina blvd in San Leandro out of total exasperation in trying to halt further payments on a unit that was closed out on JULY 26 in NORTH Carolina, since i'm unwilling to make another trip from CA to deal with this. Evelyn was the most helpful and first live person I've been able to speak to in over 2 weeks as this fiasco continued. Although not her problem, she attempted to make contact with someone who could help and validated my claim that the account is closed in the files and noted that someone supposedly called me today, which did not happen. Want to recognize Evelyn for going beyond and attempting to address issues that go beyond her responsibility.
