06-28-2026Very helpful lady set me up on the phone . All I had to do is show my id and go straight to my unit to get my keys . In office lady was very kind and helpful as well . Totally recommend the San Pablo ca site .

06-22-2026Absolutely ridiculous. Ive had a 10x10 unit with Extra Space Storage for about 2.5 years, and my monthly rate has gone from $100 to $300 for the exact same unit. Thats a 200% increase with no added value, no upgrades, and no meaningful improvement in service. I understand rates can go up over time, but tripling my rent in just a couple of years feels completely unreasonable and predatory. Storage is supposed to be a convenience, not something that becomes impossible to afford because of constant price hikes. The way these increases are handled makes it feel like they count on customers being too busy or inconvenienced to move their belongings. I would strongly caution anyone considering Extra Space Storage: the advertised move-in rate may look good, but be prepared for major increases once youre settled in.
