02-25-2026Public Storage is garbage. They lure you in with an introductory rate, then continuously raise your rent once you move your crap in. Do NOT use this company. I called today repeatedly and the automated system refused to recognize touch tones; as a result I could not talk to my property manager about Public Storage raising my already ridiculous $365 rent to $378 for a 10' x 20' outside locker.

02-24-2026The White Bear Lake facility is top notch - very clean, well-lit and within the climate-controlled space where my unit was always a comfortable temperature with very functional transport carts available for use. As for staff at this location, Kathleen is always very friendly and helpful! I would definitely rent space here again.

01-07-2026Kathleen is absolutely amazing, extremely helpful, friendly, information and always a pleasure to interact with. The facility is always well kept, secure and rules are enforced to avoid unpleasant experiences for customers. If I had to identify any negative issues with this business it would be that the snow clean up services could use improvement (for example, it appears as though the plow truck driver may be intoxicated when plowing last as half of the fence is now destroyed and instead of laying sidewalk salt it appears as though they used water softener pellets, which are well known to cause major blacktop issues as well, so I'm sure they will be paying for that in the spring and summer). Regardless of the questionable snow removal services, this storage facility meets all expectations any customer would have and the pleasure of working with Kathleen makes doing business here an absolute pleasure and one of the best storage rental experiences I have had in my life. She definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service and I highly recommend anyone looking for a local storage facility to reach out to this business and ask to speak to her directly!

12-13-2025Kathleen was so helpful in getting us to a larger unit after the one we started with was just a little too small. Friendly and quick check in! Kathleen helped make or very hectic day(we had tried to move into another unit that didn't work earlier in the day) worth while and helped put a smile back on my face. I was so glad that someone was in the office that could help in real time rather than dealing with long hold time and poor communication from the customer service line.
