07-10-2026Rented a unit a few months ago at what they said was a promotional rate. According to my contract, they had to provide written notice of a rent increase. I never received any notice and the company cannot produce any receipts or documentation stating they have. Since Ive noticed the almost tripling of my monthly rate, I have attempted to contact their management three times. The first time I was told they would do some research and call me back, never heard from them. The second and third time, I was told the issue was elevated to corporate and still havent heard back. I will soon be closing my account and moving to another company.

07-09-2026Great. Customer care , have had them for 6 months now , unit was exactly as it shows online , price increased to normal after 4 months , I called and they readjusted it for me which is beyond helpful . Thank you extra space storage !! Love the digital access as well
