04-22-2026I checked out ALL of the storage options within 5 miles of where I live. I encountered staff too busy on their personal phones to answer my questions, storage areas with dirty floors and evidence of roof leaking, and rodent droppings. Then I found Extra Space Storage on Pasadena avenue. Staff member "Christine" gave me the VIP treatment in all respects; friendly, cheerful, and accommodating, she found for me exactly the size, cost, quality, and terms that I was looking for. Search ended!
