08-11-2026We were moving to a new place that was a bit smaller than what we had so I wanted to store some unnecessary things until I figured out the whole set up. The extra space storage facility on 30th street in Ruskin was right by where we were moving. The facility is brand new and immaculate. Signing up was seamless and we were able to get right in. Easy access to the facility and the units and property were very secure. Upon removing all of our belongings, the settling of the account was effortless. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs short or long term storage. The staff was exceptional with support, initial setup and ending of the contract. You cant ask for anything more.

08-06-2026This is my second time renting from Extra Space Storage. I went to the 21st St location. I knew Nick from the last time I rented a space. He was kind enough to let me know they didnt have a unit there but they did have just what I needed over on 30th St and Omar would help me there. This location is really nice. Omar is very helpful and made the whole process easy. He is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. He even helped me set up the app on my phone.
