04-18-2025Do not rent from here. They only care about your money. They dont return your calls, and then they will auction your unit and pretend like they don't check the voicemail or caller Id. Ive called multiple times and told them Im working during the times that they call and left a specific message and when they finally called back did not leave a message with the questions that I asked about my unit. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint due to the unprofessional way they didnt return my calls and auctioned my unit. Corporate advised that the district manager from that facility would contact me in 2 days, and no one has returned my calls. Do not rent from here!

04-03-2025It was very easy to register, access the building, and store my belongings. I recommend using the app to open doors after you sign up. It uses bluetooth to open the doors. Very secure building.
