08-19-2024I've been a customer at this specific location for over 6 years! And I can only speak from my on experience! But the management team at this location; which is the site Manager Wiley and his ASM Regina, have offered me something more valuable than the storage units - and that's excellent customer service! As every company only presents the promise of good customer service, Wiley and Regina, actually deliver on that promise with knowledgeable information, up to date pricing and beyond reasonable accommodations whenever I was a few days late with my payment! And although, this courtesy is not to be expected it is a welcomed relief when life gets hectic! In addition, I chose this particular site because they have one of the best zero tolerance practices when it comes to loitering and unauthorized trespassing! We all depend on a monicum or reasonable expectation of safety and security, when storing our belongings - and Extra Space Storage Storage in Auburn, with digital camera systems and support by local law enforcement is more than acceptable to deter most law abiding citizens! And though no place is completely safe from theft! The Auburn location is second to none...! What's also convenient is the fact that if you register for your unit online you'll save a ton! Hope this helps for anyone looking to store stuff, move or just add a little extra space for the things they just don't have room for at the house! Thanks!
