03-04-2026(March 2026) Public storage reversed my rent increase on unit #1 then yesterday I go another increase on unit #2... (February 2026) "Renter Beware" - Taking nothing away from the onsite team, they are good people. I started renting a 10'x20' space in November 2025 at $135/mth. That wasn't the "get one month free adjusted rate", my ongoing rate was $135/mth. Last week, the end of January 2026 I got a notice that rates are going up to $200 on March 1st. I read the contract, they are within their rights. I expected some adjustment, but 48% increase after 4 months? It's an extremely bad customer experience. Renter, beware. (November 2025)New to 1851 E. Roseville Pkwy location. Great welcome from site manager Cheryl (think that's your name...) Quite impressed with the intake process, all online and pre-set. Also, when manager made her rounds, we chatted. She told me she checks every door. Sure enough, a closeby neighbor had left without locking their unit. She put a temp lock on for security. That's customer service!

03-03-2026Went in to inquire about a couple units and met with the manager Donna who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to answer all questions and we toured the property. Very clean!

02-26-2026My name is Dan Ward....I am a General Contractor..... I have 40 yrs.in the construction business.... I have had many different storage properties over my career. Rock Creek Storage has been the most professional and responsive storage facility I have ever had... Storage facilities range greatly as far as management , pricing and conditions. But here at Rock Creek storage , North Auburn everything is consistent and Megan Walker the manager runs a very reliable professional storage facility. She's both stern about rules and understanding about the tenants needs . I have had many storage units as I said... But this place has been "by far" been the "Best" in all ways. Dan Ward.
