I moved out the end of October '25, for a Winter Storage location) Again John was very helpful, I let him know even though I moved out earlier in the week I may need the space until 10/31. They called to check if I have moved out and followed up with an email. I appreciate the attention they give to us, their customer. They are looking out for our property and their property is secure. It's Great Customer Service, Highly recommend Public Storage, especially this location on W. Utica Rd. Thank You to the Management Team! Received a curtesy call from John (September '25) to make sure I'm still using the storage lot, and if there were any issues. I have been very happy with the access and location of the facility. Nice clean storage units and storage lots. They do care that whatever you are storing there is safe and secure.

Don't understand why the price of my unit keeps going up but yet nothing has improved about the storage facility. My unit floods every time it rains because the gutters are clogged with weeds growing out of them, theres a dip in the road in front of my unit that canals the water to sit there. Which freezes solid on the door in the winter, and the door can't be opened.The door is literally rusting right off the hinges. Everything in my unit is ruined, mold on the stuff that keeps getting wet, black widow spiders, stink bugs. Im forced to pay every month for insurance that I can't use. Good for nothing.

John and the amazing Rochelle from a while ago helping me too. UPDATE: * Kassandra as well was so amazing to work with and help my transfer my unit and made it stress free and so easy for me.
