11-27-2025The Public Storage location at 647 Donald Lee Hollowell Pkwy meet all of my needs and expectations. With one exception, it was not ok with the fact the that the walk-in gate was locked and there was no one in the office at 3p when I arrived so if I had an issue or problem, there was no one on site to address it. It made me feel unsafe.

11-19-2025Do not select auto pay for your bill, be sure to compare the amount you're charged for rent and the amount being advertised. They advertise one price online but have been charging me double for a few months now.

11-04-2025I came at 4:00 pm trying to move in and get my key, waited almost an hour and no one still ever came back to the office. Really thinking about just cancelling my unit here and finding another place to store since my first impression is no one being there even during office hours. Called customer service twice which was useless
