He even stayed a little later to make sure that we could get everything in. These are the customer service standards that really mean so much. Would definitely recommend.

10-31-2025Absolutely Unacceptable Service Wasted Time and Money! My experience with this public storage is simply horrible. 1. I won an auction and arrived to pick up my unit at the scheduled time. Instead, I waited almost 2 hours while some regional manager finally confirmed the release. 2. The storage unit was broken into. This shows a complete lack of security anyone could have stolen someone elses belongings. 3. I was promised a same-day refund. Its been 10 days, and I havent received anything. Emails and calls are ignored. This is not just bad service its a total failure and a risk to your property. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
