08-17-2024I recently secured a storage space and couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to answer any questions. Troy was especially nice, and the same goes for when I initially called the 800 number to reserve the space and later finalized details with Megan. Compared to other local storage facilities, the pricing here is very reasonable for the quality and service provided. This was a refreshing change from one of their competitors. They really took the time to understand my unique storage needs and provided a perfect solution. I had used Extra Space Storage about ten years ago while waiting for my home to be built, and they continue to offer excellent customer service and a clean, secure storage solution at a great value. I highly recommend them!
