She gave me a very good picture of my choices, explaining the location and pricing in a clear way. Her knowledge of the facility and the rental process made it easy for me to figure out which was the best choice for me. She listened to my needs and was able to give great feedback to my questions. The unit I finally chose was a recommendation she had offered based on all my questions. Not only did I have an excellent customer experience, but I am looking forward to talking to Ms. Pinho in the future when I stop by to utilize my unit.
