I have been renting from Extra Space Storage at the Beards Rd, Winter Garden FL location for the past 5 months and so far it has been great. I chose x 2 air conditioned units on the 2nd floor. They have a gate code and a door code, which helps with keeping your belongings safe. When you rent a unit you have to purchase a lock from them because its the only one that fits in their thief prevention doors. At first I was like ugh, but you get a brand new lock that no one else has used and it sits flush against the door preventing thieves from cutting your lock. The on-site manager is available in person or by phone. Each time Ive called I actually get to talk to the manager instead of a recording or voicemail, friendly, polite and helpful especially with what size unit you may need.I like how you can sign electronic contract from the convenience of your home. Its one of their new facilities that is clean, well kept and convenient for me. The one complaint I have is that they need more dolly carts for the busy days and parking areas, especially if you have multiple cars that need to park while they help you move. Of course, Saturdays are the busiest days but during the week havent had any issues.

highly highly recommend!!! My husband and I recently moved from Florida to Georgia and needed a place to store things while we were selling our home. This place was clean, SO easy to access, and all of the employees were super accommodating!! Highly recommend!
