05-10-2025I had such a smooth time moving in my things at Public Storage a few days ago! This was all thanks to Vanessa who was such a big help and I am very grateful for her kindness. It was raining outside and she helped me unload the boxes and other items from the car. She did a great job explaining the details of having a storage with Public Storage. There was a miscommunication about my reservation with Public Storage which was unfortunate. However, Vanessa quickly cleared this up and offered me a great deal which was very kind of her. Her customer service and knowledge of Public Storage is absolutely amazing!!
