12-30-2025I have had the absolute best experience with this company! Initially, I spoke to Tony on the phone and he was such an incredible customer service representative. He made sure that everything was taken care of and that I was treated incredibly well. He met my needs super perfection, and made sure that I was very satisfied. Once I arrived on site, I realized I had requested a unit that was too small. Then, Kia, the precious customer service representative on site at the location on Centerpoint Parkway, was absolutely incredible! She made sure that I got the proper size unit that I needed, took me for a viewing of the unit just to make sure I was satisfied, and was the kindest person I could ever have asked to help. She made sure that I had the correct lock for my unit as well as made sure I had the gate code if there were any problems. She showed me the app and told me how I could get in without any problem hands-free as well. I think she deserves a 25 out of five star rating! Im so grateful that she helped me and I look forward to dealing with her from this moment on!
