Recently moved and no longer needed a storage unit. However, this was the best experience I have had with storage. Great facilities, friendly and helpful staff and a very easy move out process when you no longer need a storage unit. If I ever need to store anything in the future, this location specifically, I will be a returning costumer!

Very disappointed in this service. They automatically signed me up for insurance, and when I went to cancel it and show them my proof of existing insurance- per the contract- there is no actual way to contact them. If you call the numbers provided, or even the company number, they direct you to a line that hangs up on you or one that never rings at all. No emails or other numbers were provided. Once I logged into my account, they had signed me up for an automatic payment that was not in the contract. When I went to confirm my reservation & complete my account, the link I was brought to said "since you're all moved in, your reservation is now canceled". HUH? And then there's the biggest issue, I've been getting emails with verification codes for over an hour saying someone's been trying to change my password and request my information. And again, the number they provided does not lead to you a person or any actual solution. Mind you, this has all happened in the past hour. Customer service chatting did not address any issues I had, and just kept offering to close my account instead of refunding me or fixing anything. Feels like a giant scam and I'm in shock.

Went in to discuss transferring to a smaller unit and Terri was the greatest help. She gave me a couple of options that were in my same building and I was able to find the best fit for my needs. Terri made the transferring process very smooth. Thanks so much Terri and public storage!

Online signup process was super simple and direct. Loved that I was able to go directly to the unit and there was a key already waiting inside for me - totally contactless experience! Their app is also super cool and uses bluetooth & location to allow you to automatically open doors which is super convenient!
