Other than that we found the office staff (Dave) and a trainee to be very thorough, polite, and friendly. We got a great deal on a small storage unit and Dave guided us through every step. I love that the app allows quick gate access and the locks are provided with the start-up fee. Great customer service! They even remembered our names on a return visit.
