06-04-2025My five star review is based on the employee not necessarily Public Storage! Ursula was amazing, I had great customer service, very accommodating and knowledgeable of her job position period not to mention very enjoyable to do business with! After my last ordeal with Public Storage I swore to myself I would never use them again! If it was not for Ursula I would definitely be at a different storage facility. The last employee I dealt with at a public storage facility was also amazing and great at his job. And all of a sudden was fired. I strongly advise that doesn't happen with Ursula because I will take my business elsewhere and I will not return, and everybody knows word of mouth is the best advertisement a company could have. Thank you Ursula for all your hard work it's very much appreciated, and I hope Public Storage shows you that appreciation also!
