09-02-2026Very impressed with the ease of ordering & getting into our unit for the first time. It was seamless. Maybe 20 minutes between the time I ordered the unit and when I got into it. The facilities is clean. Unit is well lit & bright. So far so good! I am writing this as a personal review, not as a representative of Commercial Forest Products, the hardwood lumber distributor based out of Upland, California 91786.

08-13-2026All I got to say is if your 1 minute late when leaving 10:01 p.m. they put a freeze on your access through the gate. 1 minute and they lock you out and basically kidnap all of your stuff. It is especiall fun when you come with a full load of stuff and then can't get in because of 1 minute. I had 2 units for several months and I left because of that and all their cacaroaches that I was afraid were going to get into my electronics I sell on Ebay. I'm sure my customers would have just loved that cacaroach suprise. Could'nt chance it. Highly unrecommended. STAY AWAY FROM EXTRA SPACE STORAGE IN UPLAND. Heed my warning or maybe 6 months from now you can write your own review just like this one...
