02-16-2026El servicio prestado por Anthony fue bueno y su, atencin fue amable. Definitivamente fue una muy mala experiencia en la que se convirti este lugar, de pasar de pagar una suma adecuada por el lugar, pasan a cobrarme una suma que me parece elevada ya que me cambie de PUBLIC STORAGE aqu porque su servicio era mejor y si valor era ms Bajo ya que el espacio que agarre es la mitad del que tena en el otro lugar. Me hacen el cobro les aviso, me ofrece una ayuda de rebajarme 25 dlares y pagar $ 111, igual nunca paso me cobraron completo, llam nuevamente y al da de hoy sigo esperando una respuesta, la cual va a ser que ya cobraron y no hay devolucin, as que de antemano aqu mismo aviso que entregar este lugar ya que no pienso pagar ese valor si se que en la otra compaa me darn el doble de espacio.. Solo dar esto por una muy muy mala experiencia.

I literally booked online an when I came in the next morning i was given an exceptional tour from Anthony , he was patient, answered all my questions and informed me of any hidden things a customer would want to know. So impressed and thoughtful. If you need a storage unit i HIGHLY recommend Extra space ( orange location) Thank you again!!:)
