Public Storage is a top Storage place
Just want to inform Courtney should NOT be working for Public Storage at all. She does NOT know how to take care of customers and she never takes accountability for her actions.
The lady in the office (Courtney aka manager), is very rude and extremely unprofessional. So I went in today to say that I lost my keys and I needed the current lock cut. She got out a waiver and had me sign it, but then proceeded to grab my new lock and said I could not be there when the lock is cut and that she would put on the new lock once the old is cut off. I was like hold up I would like to be there when the lock is cut off and I will then put on the lock. This just sounds fishy to me and I am not letting it happen with my unit PERIOD!
