07-20-2026We stopped by this facility on a whim after having second thoughts about another company that was actually in a better location for our needs. There was no comparison to the customer service we received from Devon, the on-site GM, as he showed us the actual unit (12W x 35L x 10H) we'd be renting and patiently answered our questions. The quality of the storage space was 10x better and has great lighting as well.

We were moving from Columbus to Cincinnati and every time we came down to look at houses, we would drop off items at the storage unit. It was very clean. When I first checked in and when I last checked out, the staff were helpful. Other than that, you just come and go on your own and I never had any issues. Would definitely use again.
