We were moving from Columbus to Cincinnati and every time we came down to look at houses, we would drop off items at the storage unit. It was very clean. When I first checked in and when I last checked out, the staff were helpful. Other than that, you just come and go on your own and I never had any issues. Would definitely use again.

06-11-2026Devon was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did he solve my storage problem, but he also personally negotiated peace between my family members, fixed my Wi-Fi, and taught my dog how to sit. I came in looking for a storage unit and left with a renewed sense of purpose. If Devon asked me to help him move a couch at 2 a.m., Id probably say yes.
