08-27-2024I wanted to share a little experience I had yesterday! When I arrived, I ran into some trouble with the storage doorit just wouldnt budge. So, I headed over to the front office, where I met a super helpful gentleman named Troy. I explained my situation, and without missing a beat, he offered to come over and assist me with the storage. When we got there, he tried his best to get the door open, but it would not open .No worries though! Troy quickly decided to run and get a ladder, and when he returned, he worked diligently to make it work. Not only did he get the storage unit open, but he also lent a hand in helping me pull out a few boxes. I have to say, Troy really went above and beyond to help me out, and I truly appreciated his effort. His customer service was outstandinghonestly, the best Ive experienced in a long time. Ill definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Also, I think Troy deserves a raise for his amazing service!
