We found ourselves in an incredibly stressful situation when our 40-foot shipping container arrived and we had only 2 hours to completely unload it. To make matters worse, there was a severe storm brewing in the area, and we were under enormous pressure to get all of our belongings off the truck and safely into the storage building before the rain hit. Kay at Extra Space Storage was absolutely tremendous during this crisis. Instead of just watching us struggle, she jumped right in to help us unload the entire container. Her assistance was invaluable - we never could have managed it alone in such a short timeframe. Thanks to Kay's help and dedication, we successfully got every single item moved into our storage unit before the storm arrived. Not one piece of our belongings got wet, which was a huge relief considering these were all our possessions from our recent move to the United States. Kay's willingness to go above and beyond for her customers during a stressful situation really demonstrates the kind of exceptional service you can expect at this Extra Space Storage location. Her help turned what could have been a disaster into a success story. I highly recommend this facility, and specifically want to commend Kay for her outstanding customer service.
