I thought the experience of renting a location at Extra Space storage was extremely smooth. The staff knew their craft and was very professional. The price that was quoted for me was locked in for a week and for that I am very appreciative.

Moving out though this is the cleanest and a very safe storage facility but went to far, raising prices two and a half times original amount during tough times ... otherwise a nice place to store your things. Update....rates more than double with a two week notice...way to take advantage of the times. The manager feels terrible, corporate decision I am sure but will move as soon as able. Wonderfully nice Manager who made the process easy, quick and very clear. Would rent here again in a minute. Hopefully rent won't increase to soon. Very, very clean property all around.

This storage facility was excellent in every way from beginning to end. Tasha, the manager, was so friendly, knowledgeable and kind upon meeting me. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and in good order. She is a total professional at making sure all of her customer's needs are met. I give Tasha and Extra Space Storage nithing but the highest marks in the way they handle business and customer care.????
