06-28-2025From the need for affordable space coming unexpectedly at 6pm I figured no way. However using the Kiosk was quick, easy, and most of all a stress free stress relief and comfortable conversation with Caroline(Ohio) the customer service rep. She went above and beyond with sizing availability pricing and getting the space urgently needed in less than 1 hour. Even after I mistakenly locked myself in at 10pm she took the call using the Kiosk immediately and let me out with no lecture or stern remarks albeit the friend bantor was mocking and funny. Finally property safe and sound the on-site manager William(awesome Bronco)was more than welcoming the next morning surprise me with a bottle of water within about an hour of my second visit and was just as polite and gracious and professional as my previous conversation the night before the space was super clean larger than expected climate control easy accessible even afforded me an opportunity to refill my water bottle again above and beyond any of my expectations or any previous experiences with other companies based on price property customer service I would highly recommend and use again and will continue to use as needed.. Well Done ??
