11-26-2025NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE! Husband is stuck in there currently and has to call police. Ive been trying to find a way to contact property management and nothing. Why isnt it listed!?? Why do you have 24:7 access and not 24/7 phone support! No one told us after closing wed be Locked in!! Only that access ends T 9 so we assumed after 9 we couldnt get in but we could get out. So we come in before 9 move our stuff into storage and try and leave and we cant. The uhual is trapped! Then we paid for 24:7 access and it still wouldnt let us out! The police have to come and let him out!
