01-29-2026****Update**** Have been at the unit a little over a year, and in that time, they have raised the rate 3 times, the last time has put the new rate at more than double what the original rate. Obviously the contract is month to month and subject to change, but it should be noted, the service hasn't improved in the past year, the cost to operate didnt go up 100%? Understand it is their business practice lure people in with lower rates and then raise them nearly immediately, but the practice feels predatory at best. There are a lot of other options in the local area, and others will explicit guarantee terms for length of rate. Overall the facility is ok, most people have to use elevators and their are rarely ever carts. The lights in the parking lot have not worked for a few weeks, creating a safety issue at night. And the rest rooms are a war zone. There is a Uhaul storage place in Alexandria that will offer a better option on rates. ++++ Nice, large, and new storage unit facility. The units are clean and as described. The facility is climate controlled in a sense - it is good to store your stuff, but not to live in (you get the idea). The elevator situation isnt bad at all, and there are plenty of carts available. The ding in the stars is due to the check in process and people. The people that work there are certainly bothered by customers asking questions. They go so far as to lock the doors during business hours and not answer, even though they are clearly in the office. The check in process is confusing, but rest assured if you sign up online, they send you a code you need to enter at all of the doors, and the lock will be in your unit. If the people working there were better, it would be a 5 star establishment.
