01-28-2026This place and Kiya are AMAZING! I found out I had to move with very little notice and I was scrambling to find a storage facility. Kiya was friendly, helpful and most of all PATIENT because I was a wreck! I didn't even call the right location and it just so happened Kiya runs Livingston Rd (my location) and was helping at Eastover (location I called) so she helped me! This review is long winded but in this crazy world, patience and courtesy mean so much. Thank you Kiya for helping me navigate this process of moving on the fly. It was much appreciated!

12-31-2025She wasn't in a good mood and her customer service was very bitter. I was so irritated, I.went back to the office and asked for a refund. Not a good feeling. When this is over, I will never rent at this location again.
