12-30-2025This is the first time I have ever rented a storage unit. I dealt with 3 different people at the Fordson Road location. One when I rented the unit over the phone, one when I moved in and one when I moved out. They were all very professional, polite, friendly and answered all of my questions clearly. I will definitely use Public Storage whenever I need a storage unit.

08-12-2025The worst public storage in the area! Stay away at all the means. The storage has lots of issues. Starting from rats that get into your boxes and chew things and ending with having no a/c and the temperature in the unit is so high in summer that its almost melting things inside. The units are dirty, light is broken and some of my boxes suffered from water leakage from the hole in the roof. The worst experience I could imagine. Managers are never in the office and its impossible to speak with anyone about those problems. Got my stuff damaged and filing insurance claims now. Never go back!!!
