01-15-2026Ive just recently signed my contract with extra space storage but so far its been great. From the person helping set up my contract in Fort Worth, who answered all my questions and helped find me a convenient storage unit , to Laren, one of the customer service staff at my facility, to the unit itself, its been great. Facility is clean, easy to access, and monitored. Just a very positive experience during my transition.

12-18-2025The lock to the unit was broken and the team that worked on Friday, December 19th at 9:30 AM was amazing. The gentleman Who was busy tending to a maintenance issue dropped everything he was doing immediately and quickly cut the lock. While I was waiting for the lock to be cut, the young woman had a wonderful conversation w/ me and kept me occupied and entertained even! Not just for you folks But the world needs more people like you have at that location!
