I called a few weeks ago just to ask how big my storage unit was because I was going to try to find a storage unit with a lower price since mine had drastically went up from about $120 to $185. I spoke to jack and he was really empathetic towards the way I was feeling. Well he worked his magic and was able to get the price down to about $140. He knew about a certain program and he reached out to them and I was approved. He went above and beyond because he also knows how it is to be on a budget. Because of him I will be keeping my storage for longer.
