She was friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate the time and effort she took to make sure everything worked out for me. Customer service like this is hard to find. Ashanti is definitely an asset to Public Storage, and I highly recommend her!

04-03-2026Incredibly professional and helpful service. Manager of the store was patient, explained everything clearly, insured understanding. The place is well situated, easy to find with adequate parking. Provides carts for easier unloading and moving items to storage unit. Would highly recommend using this Public Storage.

04-03-2026Move in day so these are first impressions. Online purchase/setup easy and ground floor garage unit did not require codes. Everything was very clean and cool so I went ahead and stored wine. The 6x15 unit had very high ceiling so couch on end would fit easily. Ieshia is on site Saturday only due to staff issues and was very helpful

03-28-2026Great location! Great staff! There is a gentleman who was always helpful and friendly. Ieshia has also been so kind and helpful! I see her constantly cleaning and she is friendly to everyone even when they are not to her. Worth the money, and they have great deals!
