08-14-2026Stacy was great help in making the move-in seamless and easy. She took the initiative to ensure the unit I selected online was appropriate for my storage needs, which I appreciated. So far, the 640 San Pablo facility is also clean and neat. Update as of August 2026 - we rented a second unit and Stacey was amazing in assisting us in sorting out which unit was best. Thank you again!

07-24-2026I had a wonderful experience working with Stacy recently regarding my reservation! I called to book two storage units but ran into a little snag when only one showed up in the system. Since I really needed the units to be close together, Stacy kindly walked me through everything, made sure my contract was all set, and successfully sorted out the side-by-side units for me. On top of that, when the automated email for the second unit didn't come through, she was so quick to find a solution and stayed on the phone with me until it was completely resolved. Stacy was absolutely amazing, and I am so grateful for her fantastic help and positive attitude!
