Great service! From the initial call to get information the customer service was excellent and caring. Discussed my options clearly. When I walked in to the office Danny Cabrera was polite and friendly. Got me to my unit with ease. 10/10 recommend.

There are pros and cons to this place - It's clean and has a nice facility- the storage units are well made and secure. The down side is it's built on multi step terrain with several annoying large dips in road to get to your storage unit. My trailer and many others have bottomed out driving in and it actually ruined the tail of my trailer. Also the area is kinda sketchy with alot of sketchy people around. I've been approached several times by stranger while in there trying to sell me stuff or asking me for money and it just makes me feel somewhat unsafe at times. Also because of the terrain issues the storage units sit on platforms normally about 12 to 16 inches off the ground making it difficult or annoying when bringing items in and out of your storage. Maybe they are built like this to prevent flooding, not sure but you won't be able to wheel anything in and out due to the way it's built.
