My Father passed away last year. As any son or family member I was going through a lot with all the things that come along with losing a loved one. Through the process I found out that my father had a storage unit and that it was 4 days away from being auctioned off. Well that's when I met your employee Lauren. She was kind, very understanding of the situation I was going through. She helped me with the process of reinstating my fathers storage into my name and did it with professionalism and just being a genuinely kind person. As I gather my father's things and get ready to close the storage unit out . I want to say Thank You Lauren for being you. Anybody can work at a job. But the best employees are the ones that genuinely have a good heart. And you most definitely check that box. To her employers. Know you have a great employee. Treat her that way. Lauren was super helpful during the move in process! I needed to move units and she made it super easy was very friendly and professional!! I feel safe renting from Extra Space because of the cameras as well!!

I wish I remembered the kind lady's name who assisted me on Thursday, March 28th about an hour or so before close. She was helpful, fun, kind, and took time to answer my questions and show me 2 storage units. She made conversation with me and allowed me to read through the whole agreement and never once made me feel rushed. As I was leaving, I told her "This was easier and cheaper than I thought," and I told her I would write that in my review. This unit is in a convenient location. Thank you for the help!
